The primary goal of Level Three Communications is that through a developmental process, learners will read with understanding, write clearly to successfully express ideas, and listen and speak effectively, all for a variety of purposes.

General web resources are a collection of online resources identified by Level Three instructors as being relevant to curriculum concepts and content.  These resources are not linked to any particular portion of the curriculum but rather have been identified as relating to the overall subject matter or broad themes.

Targeted web resources are a collection of online resources identified by Level Three instructors and linked to specific locations in the curriculum guide.  These links are indicated in the curriculum guide as small, blue globe icons.  Instructors can submit additional resources or make corrections by submitting an ABE Web Resource form.
