The Program Innovation Branch is responsible for the development and implementation of quality training and employment programs to respond to the basic education, work experience and skill training needs of Saskatchewan adult learners, including employers and workers. This program allowed Industry sectors to work with community groups and training institutions to plan and develop human resource strategies to address industry skill shortages.
